April D. Graham
Mrs. April D. Graham is an Author, Administrator, Boss, Founder, Coach, and Consultant. Mrs. Graham worked for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools for over twenty-two years. She began as a teacher assistant, became a teacher, and then advanced to the position of Assistant Principal, was eligible to become a Principal, but instead resigned to establish her own preschool academy.
In addition to owning and operating America's Little Leaders Academy, Mrs. Graham founded the America's Leading Ladies Academy, a 501(c)(3) organization, and subsequently launched the Levolution Coaching program In her coaching program, she has proven success strategies and resources that will transform the lives of ladies who are ready to reach their fullest potential.
She holds four college degrees, owns and operates a successful childcare business, is a John Maxwell Coach and best-selling author. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Education and Organizational Leadership and has received numerous awards and distinctions in the field of education.
